Tire Warehouse

I had them balance all 4 tires and they didn't clean up the rims where they put the weights and my whole truck vibrates going down the road

Excellent experience at this Tire Warehouse location. We called about our tire which was punctured and quickly losing air. They said they would take us immediately. Quickly drove over before it became completely flat; helped out by Memphis who was very nice and courteous; immediately got to work on the tire and patched it up. Memphis really went above and beyond and helped turn around a stressful situation for us. Thank you!

I was happy with the service BUT I chose to purchase and I stall 4 new tires here because they had a special of free installation. I called to confirm this was the case and see what it would cost. When I went to my appointment I had been “bumped” to another day which was 3 days later. Moving the appointment was not the issue, when I went for my appointment I was told the free installation ended the day before! I stayed and had my tire done but I think if you have your appointment “bumped” by them they should have fully honored the deal.

Terrible Customer Service. I scheduled an appointment to get a seasonal change and dropped the car off. Came back 2 hours later and work had not started. I asked why make an appointment then. The manager took my work order and ripped it up and said "we don't need your business.". I was polite and calmed him down and told him it was just a question, not to take offense. I was asking for ETA more than anything so I can plan my day. I told him I was referred by one of my neighbors. I came back an hour later two other cars were processed before me. I picked up the keys and tires and left. Very sloppy and unprofessional. Don't waste your time. Go to VIP across the street, they run a much more professional shop.

Tire Warehouse exceeded all my expectations! Nathan and his team provided stellar service! Incredibly fast, professional, and pleasant from start to finish. They had my car fully taken care of with a four-tire change in record time, all while maintaining top-notch quality. The whole experience felt seamless and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any and all tire maintenance in the future. Highly recommend!
